4 Days Amboseli Safari – Large Elephant Herds & Mt. Kilimanjaro Snow-Peak

This is a 4 Day Amboseli safari which starts from Nairobi.

We head over to Amboseli National Park for wildlife viewing with sightings of the snow-caped mount Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is known for large herds of elephants traversing the Masai plains. Highlights of this safari is the snow-caped mt. Kilimanjaro with elephant herds in the backdrop, flamingos (season permitting), Observation Hill which offers panoramas of the peak and the park’s plains and swamps, varied wildlife includes giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, lions and hundreds of bird species.

Itinerary

1 Night in Nairobi – 2 Nights in Amboseli National Park

DAY 01: NAIROBI

You are met at JKIA airport and transferred to your Nairobi accommodation on bed & breakfast.

DAY 02: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI

After breakfast you will depart at 0800hrs for Amboseli National Park via the scenic Maasai / Kamba plains. The park is famous for large herds of friendly elephants and on a clear day spectacular views of Mt Killimanjaro. You arrive in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. Dinner & overnight at your camp/lodge.

DAY 03: AMBOSELI

A full day in the Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at your camp/lodge.

DAY 04: AMBOSELI – NAIROBI

After an early breakfast you depart at 0800 hours for Nairobi arriving at about 1300 hrs. On arrival you are dropped at JKIA to check in for your onward flight.
